On September 13, 2026, Professor Nguyen Van Noi, Senior Advisor to our SATREPS project, published an article on “Science and Technology Diplomacy” in the national newspaper Nhan Dan. In the article, he highlighted our SATREPS project and collaboration with Japan as a prime example of the impact of such diplomacy.
