The English and Vietnamese editions of the training textbook for capacity-building of provincial officers engaged in environmental monitoring were completed in August. The textbook has been jointly developed by the Output 3 members since January 2024. This textbook will be used in upcoming training programs, including hands-on practice sessions at the Analysis R&E Center in Hoa Lac.
