The second training course on the air quality management system for provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment (DAE) analysts was conducted on July 9th and 10th. The session was primarily led by trainers who had previously completed the Training of Trainers (TOT) program in May 2026. A total of 28 participants attended, including representatives from the Northern Center for Environmental Management and seven provinces: Quang Ninh, Lao Cai, Thanh Hoa, Bac Ninh, Thai Nguyen, Ninh Binh, and Lang Son, as well as from Northern Center for Environment Monitoring.
The training program was organized by Hanoi University of Science (HUS), led by Professor Nguyen Van Noi and Associate Professor Tran Dinh Trinh. The course offered practical arrangements, including hands-on instrument training. It successfully drew a large audience and sparked active discussions regarding air quality monitoring.
