On June 10, Dr. Tanaka Akihiko, President of JICA, who was on an official visit to Vietnam, visited the VNU-HUS Hoa Lac Campus and toured the R&E Lab, which was established with the support of the SATREPS project. Prof. Mawatari Kazuma of Waseda University, the Japanese project leader, and Professor Nguyễn Văn Nội of the Hanoi University of Science (HUS), the Vietnamese project leader, introduced the project overview and the R&E Lab.
After the introduction of the project activities and the R&E Lab, President Tanaka highly evaluated our approach and expressed his high expectations for the wider application of the research and training results.
