On April 9 and 10, the first training course for provincial Department of Agriculture and Environment （DAE) analysts was conducted, mainly led by the trainers who had been trained through the TOT in March. The participants included representatives from five provinces, namely Thai Nguyen, Phu Tho, Thanh Hoa, Ninh Binh and Hai Phong, and private companies engaged in environmental monitoring.
The training program was organized by HUS, including Associate Professor Nguyen Minh Phuong, the project’s Output 3 leader. The instructor team consisted of members from NCEM and the Vietnam–Korea Institute of Science and Technology (VKIST). The course featured practical arrangements, such as hands-on instrument training using actual wastewater samples.
