Ensuring clean and safe water is a crucial step in environmental protection.
As part of our ongoing research, Associate Professor Tran Dinh Trinh and his laboratory students conducted surface water sampling in four rivers located in Bac Ninh Province, approximately 60 kilometers from Hanoi during 20 to 24 February.
This field study is carried out under Output 1 of our project, which aims to develop a portable and easy-to-use testing kit for four heavy metals: lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd), mercury (Hg), and arsenic (As).
The objective is to better understand the current water quality situation in Vietnam and support the development of practical solutions for heavy metal contamination.
The project strives to develop portable and effective devices that can be easily utilized in the field, contributing to environmental improvement in Vietnam.
